Do I need to switch PMS or change my workflow?

Nope. Fixerly works with your existing PMS (AppFolio, Buildium, DoorLoop) and lives in your inbox. Forward tickets, approve drafts, done. If your PMS has an API, we'll connect directly. Otherwise, we use email bridges that work with any system.

How fast is setup?

Who approves the dispatches?

You do. We draft the messages and wait for your one-click approval via email or Slack. After you're comfortable (usually week 2-3), you can enable auto-dispatch for simple categories like light bulbs or filters.

What if my vendors don't use email?

We can send SMS to vendors who prefer text, and can work directly with property management systems if needed. You can also configure vendor preferences during setup—some get email, some get SMS, and some get assigned tickets on your PMS - whatever works.

Can I override Fixerly's decisions?

Absolutely. Every draft is editable before sending. You can reject, modify, or completely rewrite any message. You're always in control.
